As far as I know domain promoting is forbidden.You can't park a domain and advertise this parked domain at a same time.

Do you have high traffic from other means? If so, please post how you got it. thx

I dont think it is forbidden to promote our parking site. Maybe I am wrong. So somebody has to explain other ways to get traffic if we cannot promote our parking site.
