next generation domain

according to the BBC these domains are the newest domains available today:
.asia - already available
.cat - also available
.jobs - avail.
.mail - dunno anyone?
.mobi -avail
.post - dunno that either?
.tel - telecom?
.travel - is this really a domain?
.xxx - to be approved

What do you think about the new domains?

If the .xxx is approved there will be alot of people registering .xxx names.
I also think there are .pro domains, but they are quite expensive, about $90.

Saw a one word .pro for sale cheap today, but I really don't have much faith in that extention...

I'm sure there'll be demand for quite a few of those extensions, but I don't think .post would be one of them...
