Legality In Buying Domain Names Of Businesses.

I know of several businesses who do not yet own their own name as a domain name. is it legal to buy and hold them in hopes of selling it to them down the line? Thanks for your help

Don't even think about it my friend. The cybersqatting laws are quite strict, & such action can get you into lot of trouble...
