Myself and my partner are looking to sell the site: www.courtforum.com (http://www.courtforum.com)

This is a premium two word domain with a live site and community. There are hundreds of registered members and the board has tremendous potential as a legal advice community.

The site was doing quite well until recently when we shut it down due to being over loaded with spammers.

We were affraid that the excessive spam would wind up de-indexing the site in Google or may cause some other problem so we shut the forum down.

We are looking for good and serious offers for this site in the xx,xxx range.

The site is aged, has PR, and great great potential.
We just cannot run the site and keep it clean, therefor we must sell it.

This doesn't seem like the best deal On the internet for a website right now. No offense, but a 5 digit price range for a forum with only 'hundreds' of members? Then there is also the fact that you had to shut it down do to spammers... I see that google ads are implemented, can you tell us how much income it brings in monthly?

One thing you have to keep in mind with domain names is that domains with liuve sites on them tht have been around for a long time (aged) are worth alot more.....

Domain names that are aged have alot of benefits to them....

Very nice work and with a community and a marketed two word combo like that I am sure you will get it. I go towards more entertainment then anything since we are Explicit Entertainment of Souther CALIFORINA ...Why do I get the feeling that is spelt wrong..Anyways nice domain and I am sure you will be able to get this kinda of price for it. Good Luck and Good Job on this one.

not sure if we will ever get what we want for the domain, but it is a nice two word duo..... "Court" "Forum".... Legal niche is high paying ads and perfect two word domain.....

If I were able to finish it, I would make it a consumer forum where ordinary people could register and ask lawyers questions..... Indepth questions would require payment via Private messages or other means...
