As a webmaster myself, I always switch host and finally I have landed to where I am currently satisfied with their service. I'm hosted in Powweb now. I don't like my previous host as they have hidden charges such as addon domain and script installation. Those things I've found free in Powweb.

Sometimes it does cost more for script installation but I haven't seen many/any added fee's when using godaddy. I am actually going to be getting my own dedicated server so I won't have to use any of these services anymore. But if I wasn't I would suggest using godaddy they are trustworthy and reliable.

I hate when it's the time to choose a host, there are so many hosts out there, but which ones are good/bad. I've changed hosts 3/4 times now, and only 1 hasn't paid me back since their uptime was like 1% since I started. I just bought a VPS a few days ago, and I'm going pretty solid on that at the moment :)

I always choose quality host. Price doesn't matter much until I get quality service. I dont like free web hosts or the ones which emerge daily, do their business for couple of months then run away saying that server crashed and all data is lost.

Dinohost is a quality host in my opinion, they may not be well known, but they offer you a great service at a great price with great support.
