The Referral Link Does Work !!
It is available in the FAQ of the Forums.
Just Click on the "What Are Referrals?" under the "General Forum Usage" in the "FAQ" of the Forums.
Your Referral Link will be provided there and you can use it to Refer other people to the Forums.
