View Full Version : Domains with numbers
Anyone have a domain with a number? Is it good? I haven't tried this yet as my domain were always correctly spelled.
It depends on name. If you own something like 007.com or 1stApril.com then these are worth huge bucks but if you own 7253Loans.com or Help2319.com then you won't even get reg fee back.
I see so it usually depends on the name itself. But usually those good domain with numbers were already taken so at the moment its not possible to have a potential on a new domain with a number.
Thats true. Most good domain names have been registered by old experienced domainers who knew that they are going to be big in next few years. However, few of them constantly get expires thats why people are after expired lists all the time.

I used to own www.2violent.com and www.411domain.com
Those were ok becuase they have meaning:
"Too Violent"
"Information Domain"
If the number represents something meaningful then it may be worth something verses a number that is just random.....
I agree, it usually depends on how creative the domain was made. If you can think of a good description on the number attached then it would be a good domain then.

Certain domains with numbers I think would do well such as www.24RX.COM which I just got along with www.24RX.NET. As well as Cook2u or 4u or things like this that can be made brand able are a good way for you to find the GREAT domain names with numbers in them.
Sort of like that were really good. You just have to find some good topics on how you will develop them.
