View Full Version : How to look for expired domains?
Is there a tool to search for an expired domains? If so, are there some that have high PR, or only rare? I'm thinking of registering an expired domain instead so it would be easy for me to get indexed.

There are many people who sell a list of expired domains with high PR
You can search in Google for it..
You can ask for some one who has a list and is willing to sell it...

I have been using http://www.justdropped.com
That is a very helpful site.... It is listed at the top of this forum in the helpful tool section.....
Thanks for the link. It was a great site and I have found some good names there. But there will be no privacy issues with regards to the previous owner right?

You need to redefine what you think a short domain url is. Short is 4-5 letters no more or its long ;).
Keep an eye on all domains which you think are good to catch. You can also find the expired domain lists. Many sites offer subscriptions too for expired domain lists.

Have you tried Expired Domain Sleuth? It is software that checks link popularity, alexa ranking, and everything that you need to determine if an expired name is worth the money. I think there is a trial you can download to give it a whirl. I have used it for some time now and it seems to work ok.

There are a variety of tools I use online that do these features they are all free products. But this is alright I guess. I will for sure check out the free trail and if it seems like it is worth the time/money I will be getting this product thank you for your helpful post there will be green/rep added. Enjoy it.
