Subscribed Threads

I have just noticed that I am not able to edit the options for subscribed threads.
It was Instant Notification Email as default and I changed it to No Notification Emails, but I am still getting Notification Emails :(
So right now I have changed it to "Do Not Subscribe"

Can any Admin or Mod please look into this?
