Small budget and you want a myspace site..Well my friend I will tell you, you are not finding one for a price of 10-30$ it wouldn't be worth anyone's time to set up a myspace site and then sell it to you for 30$ especially if it is a .com website. :P I got one but I am making a myspace resource site :D Already got my Web 2.0 Banner (10$) so yeah. Small budget = not worth good web masters time. It be better to keep it and have it earning the pennies + web traffic for your other sites. Just givin you MO :) Enjoy it.

I actually found a free script for this and found someone selling it for $10 but its just the same as with the others so I'm looking something different but only with the same price.

Typically when someone says they are looking for a Myspace resource site they are referring to a site that offers templates, codes, and tools for Myspace. If you do a search there are some cheap turnkey scripts out there but they are so common that it would take major customization to earn anything.
