If you get an offer of $400 for one of your domain name but it is little low from your appraisals but still a reasonable offer. Will you counter or won't risk it and sell it at the offered price. If you counter offer then how to convince the buyer to agree with your suggested price? Thanks in advance for answers..

I would accept the offer then. This opportunity in auction only comes once, who knows there might be no one to take your price so it much better than nothing at all.
