Well if you could check on that for me and get back to what the PR of the site would be I could possible be interested in purchasing it. But not without the site ranking given to me as well as why you think this site would be profitable to get. As well as what kind of forum was on it in the past.

Hey, yes the PR is in fact 0.

The domain was profitable for me because of the 2 common words that are in in. "Extreme" and "Renders". The word "Renders" gets THOUSANDS of hits via google from people looking for graphics and such. And thats without adsense and adwords. When I invested in a $40 adwords voucher back when the domain was active, thats what got the PR to 4 and became a very active community. (Not to mention the extra profits coming from adsense.). The reason I bought the domain in the first place was because it was closely related to the multi million dollar community "GameRenders.com". So yeah.. thats pretty much it.
