Suppose someone have a typo domain Googlee.com and he has parked it, the Google Inc. can of course take legal action against him because the domain contain the word Google in it.

But what if someone has Gooogle.com then will it be illegal too (This name doesn't include the actual word Google).

I don't think that someone could actually run a laysuit vs them any more then a website called poker.com can sure WEBPOKER.com for having the word POKER in it. Google is a word I am sure by now so it's public use is fine as long as they have no direct links or claims that they are in fact affliated with them if they were not.

You have to be careful though. I know of one person on a forum that had bought Yahoo. some extension and tried to sell it to Yahoo. Needless to say, Yahoo's lawyers contacted this fellow and told him to transfer it to them immediately or face legal action. So, I guess I wouldn't recommend registering names of trademarked companies - it may not work out so well in the end.

Oh that's scary, you might end up in jail. I would just find a name then and build its popularity who knows it might do well.

It depends on the time that they have to deal with those legal issues.
But i wouldn't typo from TM's.

I recently read that major search engines have done some modifications or made some agrements among them to take away the advantages of typo squatters. So it would not help much any way, as of now.

I know someone who bought iPohne.com and sold it for 1000 $

He was earning 30 $ a day!
