to buy or not to buy..

I have an opportunity to buy the domain nightshow.tv for $10000 before it is put up for auction. Is it worth these money or it would be better to wait for auction?

.tv domains seem to be raising in value and popularity these days since a lot of television shows are using them. I wouldn't spend that kind of money on that one unless I had a clear business to attach it to or knew for sure I wouldd't have any TM troubles with anything like the "The Tonight Show" etc. etc..

I don't think the domain is worth that much. Especially with that .tv extension, $10k sounds a little high to me.
