Link Farms

There are many link farms emerging daily and they even have PR. DO you think it is worth to purchase links on such sites? I have heard that google doesn't pass PR if a page has more than 200 outbound links and such sites has much more than 200 so thats basically useless to buy links. What are your views?

I've read somewhere that they are useless links. So better look for more quality links that link farms.

so you can get many link back

Link farms are completely useless links. They can have pr because of the links pointing to them but they are not passing any on. When buying links you want a page that has as few outbound links and as closely related to yours as possible. Having your link embedded in content is best.
