Hyphens or Underscores

While naming your .htm pages, do you separate the keywords with a hyphen or a underscore? and does it make any difference if you use hyphens or underscores? I always use hyphens because they are easy to type and remember.

I think depending on exactly what you are adding or if you think it would go good in branding your domain name then it matters alot. You want to make sure it does not damage your domain name value. But usually if your have a underscore or something it will not hurt the domain name value but it will most likely be a longer domain name then without.

Yes hyphens were easy to remember than underscores but a lot were using underscores. I'm also curious on the relevance with these two?
