Personally, I'm a huge fan of Drupal CMS (http://drupal.org). Gotta support the open-source and its underlying architecture is ingenious. Oh, and for you SEO-junkies, the engine is built to promote the crap out of that sort of stuff.
I'm curious though, what other peoples experiences are w/ other CMS (like joomla). I tried Joomla once, wasn't a fan of the interface and kind of dropped it...
