When they re-did the website's layout they deleted or took out the Chip the Wolf grab machine where you would put in the code off of the back on the cereal box or just be able to grab something once a day. And the Sylvie answer is I think you can go into the city and then click Lakeview and then you will see the frozen lake where Sylvie should be.
