I have a question regarding the avatars: Does it work?
I don't think it does after tweaking the size you indicate to upload.

It failed several times. Let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

I tryed updating my avatar and got a safe mode error.... I'm hoping this was the problem for you as well... I disabled it for now.... Please give it another shot and see if it works.
