I use RegisterDonkey.com and am very happy with them.
I think they are a godaddy reseller but the prices are better (7.49 for .com) than godaddy and you don't have to use a coupon code. I like the support. Can call and get a human on the phone. Only use others when buying so that the seller can "push" the domain to me. I move the domain to www.registerdonkey.com as soon as possible.
