regfly.com stole my domain name!

I registered a domain with regfly.com at january, 2009.

But i found that they registered this domain with 1and1 using their information and the information is fake.

I can't do anything with the domain now, i can't change the nameserver of the domain and

i can't reach the person of regfly.com to solve this issue.

apparently, i am not a customer of 1and1, they will not help me about this.

What can i do to get my domain back?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated!

Was it used to be on your name? How did you pay them to register the domain for you? Please let me know the answers of those two questions then probably I can give some advice.

BTW, Isn't that register the new version of RegisterFly??

i registered the domain at regfly.com and paid the registration fee $9.99, through the payment system of regfly.com.

But after that i can't do anything with the domain, i can't change the dns at the regfly.com in my account. it seems their system is not work.

later, i check the information of the domain and found that, regfly.com registered my domain at 1and1.com and used their information.

my account at regfly.com is my information and the domain is listed in my account, but the registration information at 1and1.com is not my information.

i can't reach the person of regfly.com, i can't use my domain, i don't know how to handle this issue.
